NRL Footy Tipping Competition

The Clubs NSW legislation requires that all people who wish  to frequent the Club living within 5 km of the Bombala RSL Club MUST be members of the Club if they wish to use the amenities and facilities of the Club. Those living within 5 km of the Club who do not wish to comply will be asked to leave the Club.

It is an offence under the Act for any person other than a member or a guest of a member to use the facilities or amenities of a Registered Club.

It is also an offence if the required particulars are not entered in the Temporary Members Register or the Guest of Member Register. It is therefore essential that the registers are properly completed.

The Act provides that a guest must at all times remain in the reasonable company of the member who signs him or her into the Club. A guest must not remain in the Club premises longer than the member who signed the guest into the Club.

Please note that regular ongoing checks will be carried out to ensure that these requirements are being adhered to.

As members of the Bombala RSL Club you are required to carry your Club membership card with you at all times whilst on Club premises.
