Come in to the Bombala RSL Club and say hello to our Head Chef Jono Kidman. He has won numerous awards in the industry including Apprentice of the Year in the Southern Cross Graduate Cooks Award in which he gained cooking experience with the best chefs in the Barossa Valley including Maggie Beer.

 Among Jono’s many achievements was his representation in the A.C.T National Proud to be a Chef Competition in which he was picked from 20 of the best chefs to represent the region along with representatives from the other capitals and gained valuable experience working with the likes of Neil Perry and Stefano Manfredie.
 
Jono is looking forward to bringing a standard of service and food that will attract many people from all around the region to our wonderful town on a regular basis. To this end he has created a tasty bistro menu with dishes that have helped the restaurants he has previously worked in win numerous awards.
